Synopsis

Gary Oldman plays evil so well. Here he plays a sadistic maniac who has retired cop Eddie Burns (Rhames) hunting for him across Reno. Burns' sister has gone missing and an ingenious and wicked trail is leading him to Oldman. Is this an act of revenge by an old adversary
